Hi, I’m Crystal.

I’m a Texas girl, a mom of three, an avid reader, a lifelong student, and someone who finds peace on the hiking trails of the Texas Hill Country.

Rosemary & Cedar Botanicals started during a deeply personal season in my life. While my mom was going through cancer treatment and I was dealing with health challenges of my own, I began searching for additional ways to support our well-being. Modern medicine had an important role, but I also wanted to understand what else we could do through herbs, botanicals, nutrition, and everyday wellness practices.

That search became a passion. I began studying, experimenting, and creating herbal teas, tinctures, salves, and botanical skincare for my family. Soon, friends and family were asking for them too, and Rosemary & Cedar Botanicals was born.

Today, everything we create is made in small batches with thoughtfully selected ingredients. I believe what we put in and on our bodies matters, and if I wouldn’t use something myself or give it to someone I love, it doesn’t belong here.

That same commitment to learning now extends beyond our products into whole-person wellness—helping others better understand their options and make simple, intentional choices that support their everyday health.
