We source our herbs, oils, butters, and botanicals from trusted suppliers, including Mountain Rose Herbs, Rebecca’s Herbal Apothecary in Boulder, Colorado, Monterey Bay Herb Company, Bulk Apothecary, and other reputable sources.
We’re continually researching ingredients, studying the plants we work with, and evaluating our suppliers to find the best balance of quality, freshness, and value. Our goal is simple: choose ingredients we feel good about using while keeping our products thoughtfully formulated, effective, and practical for everyday use.
We believe botanical wellness should be made with quality ingredients—but it should also be something you can realistically make part of your everyday life.

Yes. An initial consultation is required before beginning the 8-Week Holistic Wellness Coaching Program.
-
The program includes eight weekly 30-minute coaching sessions, personalized wellness guidance, educational resources, optional meal planning recipes, goal setting, accountability, and ongoing support throughout the program.
-
After your consultation, your information and goals are reviewed and a personalized wellness plan is created. During your first weekly coaching session, we’ll walk through the plan together and begin putting your goals into action.
-
100%. Your wellness plan is based on your goals, lifestyle, habits, priorities, and areas where you would like support. The program follows a structured wellness framework, but your recommendations and action steps are individualized, which is why the consultation is required so we can gather all of the critical elements to put a plan together to help you reach our wellness goals.
-
Depending on your goals, we may explore nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, movement, digestive wellness, daily habits, vitamins and minerals education, herbal wellness, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
-
No. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. It is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
-
Laboratory testing is available through our affiliate partnership with Quest Health and is not included in the coaching program fee.
Clients can choose and purchase eligible tests directly through Quest Health, complete testing at a Quest location or through available home-testing options, and receive results through their Quest account. An independent healthcare provider is involved in the testing process and can discuss results with you at no additional cost.
Once your results are available, we can review them together from a wellness-coaching perspective and use them to help guide nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, and botanical wellness discussions within the scope of coaching. Medical diagnosis, treatment, and clinical interpretation remain with the appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
-
Wellness coaching is a good fit for people who want education, accountability, and support building healthier routines. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, you may be referred to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
-
Please complete your wellness intake questionnaire before your appointment and have a current list of any medications, supplements, vitamins, minerals, and herbal products you are using.
